		<description>While you&#039;re at it, how about asking for a couple of bike hanging spots in each carriage, above one of the fold-up seats? That way we&#039;d fit more bikes in less space and be less of an obstruction.</description>

		<description>This is excellent news, but what l would like to ask is that the submission or an outline of the submission be listed publicly so as folks can give feedback and or make a contribution. 

If no indicator is given as to what is being submitted this really will not be the voice of the people. 

Please, visibility is vital in this instance!</description>
