		<description>Has anyone considered allowing private operators to offer bike locker services at stations?  I don&#039;t imagine there&#039;s a huge amount of profit to be made from it, but there&#039;s obviously demand, and no reason I can think of that an enterpreneurial type shouldn&#039;t be able to make something of a business out of it.  Private operators might do a lousy job of running trains, but surely they can handle supplying and renting out locker-space?</description>
